Read this page before you join. It's the shortest version of what we protect, what we promise, and where our care stops.
We collect only what's needed to deliver membership, payments and consultations. Data is stored on secure managed infrastructure and encrypted at rest. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Our practices align with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and members can request export or deletion at any time.
This community is not an emergency service. If you or someone you care for is experiencing severe pain, heavy bleeding, chest pain, sudden severe headaches, thoughts of self-harm, or any life-threatening symptom, please contact your nearest hospital or emergency line immediately. Group posts and private messages are not monitored 24/7.
Group discussions provide general education and peer support. Personal clinical questions — diagnoses, prescriptions, treatment plans — belong in a 1:1 consultation, not in the group. Dr. Adey maintains a strict structural boundary: clinical notes are encrypted, restricted to the admin dashboard, and never posted to Telegram.
Every member accepts a specific, timestamped version of our consent document. When we update the terms, we don't silently inherit — you're prompted to review and re-accept. Your consent history is available to you and to Dr. Adey in the admin audit log.
Payments are processed by Squad (HabariPay/GTBank). We never see or store your raw card details. Renewals happen on a schedule you control from your dashboard, and you can cancel at any time.
