About the practice
A doctor for the questions you'd whisper to a friend.
Dr. Adey is a licensed obstetrician-gynaecologist with over a decade of hospital and clinic experience across Nigeria. She founded this practice after seeing how many women navigated fertility, pregnancy and postpartum with more Google than doctor.
The idea is simple: bring warm, evidence-based OB-GYN care into the private conversations women are already having — and hold a strict, protective boundary between community education and individual clinical work.
Credentials
MDCN-registered OB-GYN (reg. no. displayed on request). Postgraduate training in reproductive medicine and maternal health.
Focus areas
Fertility optimisation, high-risk pregnancy education, postpartum mental health, and second-opinion clinical review.
Philosophy
Slow, kind, culturally aware care. Consent is not a checkbox — it's a promise renewed every session.
In her own words
“Every woman I meet deserves to feel unhurried in front of her doctor. This practice is my attempt to give that back — one careful message, one honest consult at a time.”
— Dr. Adey
